System Center 2012 R2 downloadable VHDs available!

Do you want to experience System Center 2012 R2 products?
 
Microsoft have made VHDs available for evaluation:

 
System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager – Evaluation (VHD)
System Center 2012 R2 Service Manager – Evaluation (VHD)
System Center 2012 R2 Service Manager Data Warehouse– Evaluation (VHD)
System Center 2012 R2 Operations Manager – Evaluation (VHD)
System Center 2012 R2 Orchestrator – Evaluation (VHD)

System Center 2012 R2 Data Protection Manager – Evaluation (VHD)
System Center 2012 R2 Virtual Machine Manager – Evaluation (VHD) 
System Center 2012 R2 App Controller – Evaluation (VHD)

Just use them to have a look at all the new features!

Update: Password for above VHDs is pass@word1 or Pass@word1 
This cannot be found on internet actually, but because passwords were used on older System Center VHDs before, the're still working. Just make usage of it!

    1. pass@word1 for the SCCM2012 SP1 EVAL the keys are not mapped correctly i have to use the " Key to get the @ then it looged in

    1. So, it turned out the System Center Service Manager VHD couldn't connect with my Active Directory server. So it wasn't added to my domain. I set up the DHCP role on my AD and configured it so the System Center server got a valid IP. I booted a clean SC VHD image and this time the accounts from the configuration wizard were used, so I could log in using my domain admin credentials.

  8. Had the same problem with SC Service Manager Eval. The "R2Preview!" password worked for me.

    SQL Server evaluation period has expired.
    Any idea what to do?

    1. Not that I know. You can use System Center for 180 days trial normally. For SQL usage I'm not sure.

  18. Anyone getting failures to install SCORCH on the Orchestrator evaluation VHD. Once booted, and logged in (thank you for the Password1 password), I only see the VMM console and SQL :-(

    Looks like there is a missing ini file for the RunOnce.ps1 to execute.
